A lender, not The Connector, decides whether to offer financing and on what terms.
We do not charge you a fee to submit a form or to be connected with a lender, and we do not collect any fee from you before a loan closes.

The information on this site is general information to help you understand your options in plain language. Whether financing is available to you, and the rates, terms, and timelines you may be offered, depend on the lender, your business or property, and the specifics of your deal. If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Yajaira Morell may contact you at the phone number you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded telephone calls, text messages, and voicemails, about your financing inquiry. If a lender will also contact you, that lender will be named in the consent alongside Yajaira Morell — an unnamed party's calls are not covered by your consent. You understand that you are not required to agree to this as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
